First, fry the chopped bacon in a skillet. Immediately add the tomato, onion, and pepper, and sauté with the bacon until slightly browned.

Once the bacon and vegetables are browned, add the salami and ham. If needed, add vegetable oil or shortening. Then add the pinch of ground cumin.
