Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 4 slicessalami
  • 4 slicescooked ham
  • 2 1/2 ozpork chorizo (about 70 grams)
  • chopped onion, to taste
  • chopped tomato, to taste
  • chopped jalapeño or serrano pepper, to taste
  • 3eggs
  • 3 stripsbacon, chopped
  • 1 pinchground cumin
  • as neededvegetable oil or shortening,

Steps

  1. 1

    First, fry the chopped bacon in a skillet. Immediately add the tomato, onion, and pepper, and sauté with the bacon until slightly browned.

  2. 2

    Once the bacon and vegetables are browned, add the salami and ham. If needed, add vegetable oil or shortening. Then add the pinch of ground cumin.

  3. 3

    Finally, add the eggs and stir. Cook until the eggs reach your desired doneness, then serve.

  4. 4

    Serve in corn or flour tortillas as tacos, or on a plate with tortillas on the side. Add your favorite salsas.
