Protein rich Mix Sprouts Vegetable. Khichdi

Assemble the ingredients. Wash and soak rice for half an hour. Cook sprouts with one whistle.

Heat ghee and oil in a pan. Add jeera and other khada masala. Also add curry leaves and chilli ginger paste. Saut and add chopped garlic and coconut. Saute for couple of minutes.

Add mix veggies and saute for a while. Also add par cooked mix sprouts, saute for 2 mins and add soaked rice again saute

Add all the spices and mix well. Add water and let it come to a boil.

Place the vessel in a steamer and let it cook for 30 mins. at medium flame. Check it after 15 mins. Stir it gently.

Garnish with coriander and serve it hot with kadhi or raita, papad, buttermilk and roasted chillies. Enjoy...
