30 min + 4 hours rest

  • 2 packsBanana jelly
  • 200 gHeavy cream
  • 150 gPetit Beurre biscuits (or any biscuits)
  • 4Ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cupMixed nuts (your choice)
  • as neededBanana or other fruit (for decoration)

Steps

30 min + 4 hours rest
  1. 1

    Dissolve each jelly pack in 1/2 glass boiling water. Let cool to room temperature.

    Pour a little jelly into the mold. Arrange banana slices on top. Chill until set.

    Add half the nuts and the rest of the jelly. Chill until set.

    Mash bananas thoroughly. Mix with cream until smooth.

    Add the remaining jelly and nuts to the banana-cream mixture. Mix well.

    Pour this mixture over the set jelly in the mold.

    Chop biscuits and fold into the banana mixture. Smooth the top.

    Chill in the refrigerator until fully set.
