Kele Paak (Banana in Sugar Syrup)

Heat up a pan. Add sugar, ghee and water. Mix well.

Now cook it until single thread sugar syrup is ready.

When syrup is ready the add fresh coconut and cardamom powder. Mix it and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Now add ripe banana slices and mix. Then add dry fruits and cook about a minute or two. When everything cooks well Garnish it with dry fruits and serve it with roti or puri as per your choice.
