Ingredients

  • 100 GramsAll purpose flour
  • 40 GramsRagi
  • 100 GramsOats
  • 75 GramsEgg
  • 150 GramsSugar
  • 1/4 TeaspoonBaking soda
  • 2 DropsVanilla essence
  • 10 GramsCInnamon powder
  • 100 GramsMargarine
  • 1 TeaspoonPepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour, salt and baking soda and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Cream the margarine with powdered sugar and add the egg till light and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Next, add the vanilla essence, flour mixture, ragi, oats, cinnamon powder and mix until a soft dough is formed.

  4. 4

    Mould the dough into desired shapes and bake them at 170 degree Cesius for 12-15 minutes.
