4 tbspsOlive oil
2 - 3 clovesGarlic
1 tbspLemon juice
3 tbspsTahini paste
1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
1/2 tspRed chilli cayenne pepper powder /

Grind the chickpea along with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, chilli powder and tahini paste so that it becomes a soft paste.

For a better paste, peel the skin of the chickpeas after boiling.

Add salt to taste.

Serve with freshly baked pita bread.
