Peel the arrow roots and the potatoes then cut into pieces and wash. Then chop the tomatoes and the onions and put aside.

Add oil in a sufuria and heat then add onion and fry till golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and let cook for 3 minutes then add the arrow roots and potatoes. Add enough amount of water and salt

Cover the mixture and let cook for 35 minutes over high heat. Remove from heat and serve hot with avocado.
