Chapo Beef
This is a very delicious meal that is simple and easy to prey

Boil the meat for a few minutes with salt and water.

When boiled put in a Sufuria 2 tbsp of oil and add the chopped onion. Fry till slightly brown

Then add the tomatoes and cook till soft.

Then add the boiled meat and stir, then add the royco dissolved in 1/8 cup of water.

Then add water to make soup.

In a different bowl put inside the flour and add 1/2 tsp of salt.

Then add 30 ml of oil water gradually while kneading preferably with hands.

Knead till thick. And cover for a few minutes(30mins)

Then in a flat surface divide the dough into 3 parts according to the chapos you want.

The take one and roll it 0.25 inches and in a circular position.

Then apply oil on top of the rolled dough. The put in the pan and cook till golden brown. Then apply oil on top turn to the other uncooked side and cook. Then put in a hot pot. And serve with the fried beef.
