In a large bowl, put the beans and a little water then scrub it using your two hands to separate the back from the beans.then add more water to wash off the back.

Place your cleaned bean in a container, add the onions, tatase or shambo.and blend to paste(for a smooth paste I prefer using a commercial grinding engine)

Season your ice fish in a small pot, add a little water and boil for 3 minutes. After which you debone the fish.

Add the deboned fish,ground crayfish,seasoning,palm oil,a little warm waterwater and salt to taste.

Stir very well in one direction until all ingredient are properly incorporated.

Distribute the paste in smaller containers and place them in a large pot.

Cover the pot and let it cook for 40-60 minutes.

Your moi moi is ready to be served with agidi or pap.
