Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a pot, add the potatoes and enough water to almost cover them. Boil for 40 minutes. Remove and cut them to cool.
- 2
Once the potatoes are cool, peel them and mash them. Add the grated cheese (if you don't have cheese, you can make them without it) and mix well.
- 3
Add the egg and mix well. Form into balls and flatten slightly to make patties.
- 4
Place rice flour on a plate and coat the patties.
- 5
They should look like this once coated with flour.
- 6
Heat oil in a pan and add the patties (enough oil to almost cover them). Once they are golden on the bottom, carefully flip them.
- 7
Cook them on the other side until golden on both sides, then they're ready.
- 8
Drain them on paper towels.
- 9
I served them with red rice and vegetables. They also go perfectly with sunny-side-up eggs for breakfast!

Potato Tuna Patties Potato Tuna Patties
I found a near-expired can of tuna, and decided to turn it into a filling side dish. My kids love this! Be careful when cooking, since the oil might spatter due to the oil residue from tuna can and from the potato. Angela Mertoyono
