The vegetables are usually sold in a fresh state by the women tribal Papuans. Sellers who are not native Papuans - immigrants - are very rare because of the nature of the local population which is still closed.

They sell vegetables by grouping them according to the type and stack them neatly, sometimes they also sell vegetables in the form of blends (eg Garnison vegetables, vegetable soup, etc ...)

  1. 100 grlong or string beans (yard/log bean), cut into 3 cm
  2. 1bunch mustard greens, cut
  3. 2eggplant, sliced ​​crosswise
  4. 3pcs large red chilli, sliced ​​oblique
  5. 1/2 tsppepper
  6. 3bay leaves
  7. 2 1/2cm piece galangal, crushed
  8. 250 mlwater
  9. to tasteSugar and salt
  10. Oil for frying
  11. GROUND SPICES
  12. 15pcs cayenne pepper
  13. 5hazelnuts
  14. 6onions
  15. 4 clovesgarlic

    Saute the seasoning mashed with oil until fragrant, pour water and let stand until boiling.
