The vegetables are usually sold in a fresh state by the women tribal Papuans. Sellers who are not native Papuans - immigrants - are very rare because of the nature of the local population which is still closed. They sell vegetables by grouping them according to the type and stack them neatly, sometimes they also sell vegetables in the form of blends (eg Garnison vegetables, vegetable soup, etc ...) Eggs and Pepper Stir Fry Eggs and Pepper Stir Fry
This 10-minute eggs and pepper stir fry is one of my daughter’s favorites—she asks for it at least once a week! Tearing the peppers by hand is so easy—no need for perfect cuts. I like to scramble the eggs into big chunks because they stay tender and have more flavor. Cook the garlic and scallions, then add the peppers, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir in the eggs for a minute, and you’re done! It’s simple, delicious! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Easy Veggie Stir Fry Easy Veggie Stir Fry
This is a quick stir fry recipe that makes a great lunch or lighter dinner. You could add some protein of your choice to it to make it more hearty, but I enjoy it with just the veggies. I like to use a packet of the ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet, which is what mainly makes ramen not great for you) because it's cheap and quick cooking. You can swap the veggies for whichever one's you'd like. Christina -
Stir Fried Vegetables Stir Fried Vegetables
My husband likes stir fried vegetables, so I make them a lot.The reason I stir fry the meat at a low heat is to prevent it from splattering. You can just use high heat from the start. As I have stated previously, it's best to stop cooking the vegetables when you think they are still a bit raw - they are crispier that way.If you are adding wood ear mushrooms (kikurage), put in a container with water to cover and microwave until they're rehydrated. Any microwave setting is fine. Recipe by Tobundebuu cookpad.japan
