Soak your dry maize over night with hot water

Drain and grind it with pepper and onions(not too smooth)

Add your oil and mix them together

Use a warm water while mixing. (it must not be too watering or thick)

Add your already diced veggies, oil beans,onions, maggi,salt mix them very well

Scoop it into a nylon or plantain leaf in an already boiling water.cook for 30-35mins
