In a baking dish, add all the ingredients and bake the salmon for about 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C) with the fan on.

Prepare the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, place them in a baking dish with all the ingredients, and top with the rosemary sprigs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) with the fan on until they soften.

Remove the aluminum foil and rosemary, and bake until golden brown!
