Steps

Dice onion, red yellow and green peppers finely. Add oil to pot on heat, add all diced vegetables.

Fry in pot til cooked, add grated carrots to pot with salt, curry spice, black pepper and chilli powder. Mix and cover til cooked.

Add baked beans to the mixture and stir. Cover pot til cooked. Ready to serve.
