Τhis is a quick  tangerine liqueur, something that my mother makes! I personally don't like liqueurs all that much but this is very fragrant and perfect, it only takes a few minutes to make it!! So, you have a liqueur at hand at any given time to offer to your guests!!!

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 lwhite wine or retsina (resinated wine)
  2. 750 ggranulated sugar
  3. 2cinnamon sticks
  4. 5-6 cloves[]
  5. juice of 2 tangerines
  6. peel of 4 tangerines

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil everything together for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    When it has cooled well (when I make it I store it on the next day) fill a bottle.
