Ingredients

  • 1.5 lwhite wine or retsina (resinated wine)
  • 750 ggranulated sugar
  • 2cinnamon sticks
  • 5-6 cloves[]
  • juice of 2 tangerines
  • peel of 4 tangerines

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil everything together for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    When it has cooled well (when I make it I store it on the next day) fill a bottle.
