Ingredients

1 packetfresh mushrooms
1/2 cupolive oil
2 tspmustard
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspcurry powder
1/2 tspcayenne powder
less than 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tspdry basil
1/2 tspgarlic powder (optionally)
the juice of one lemon

Steps

1

Place the mushrooms in a pyrex tray. If they are large, cut them in half.
2

Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the mushrooms.

Bake in a moderate oven.
