Place the water, sugar and orange zest in a small pot over low heat. When they start boilling, remove from heat.

Place the oil and the semolina in another pot, over strong heat and stir for 2-3 minutes with a wooden spoon. Carefully add the syrup and continue stirring until the halva unsticks from the sides of the pot. Place half of it in a bowl and add the melted couverture chocolate to the rest.

Take a cake mold and pour half of the chocolate halva at the bottom. Then make a layer using the white halva and finish with the remaining chocolate halva on top.

When it cools, remove from mold.
