Grind together the mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar and salt into a fine paste.

Clean and drain the excessive water content in the Diced chicken pieces. Mix in the paste made and set aside for 30 minutes.

Freeze the mixed-up chicken for an hour
- 4
After taking out from freezer, let it comes to room temperature and sprinkle some corn flour for binding.

Heat 3table spoons of oil in a non stick pan and place the chicken pieces inside without touching each other.

After a minute just sauté them until the water oozing out reduces. Now cover and cook for until the chicken is done well and water is drained well.

Notes: 1.You can skip adding cornflour but the ground paste will shred out in oil... 2. You can also bake this in oven instead of cooking in pan. 3. Mint leaves can be substituted with cilantro leaves
