Ingredients

  1. 1grated coconut
  2. 250 gmcondensed milk
  3. 1 tspghee
  4. Elaichi powder
  5. strandsFew saffron

Cooking Instructions

    Take coconut and condensed milk in a non-stick pan.

  2. 2

    Cook at low flame,keep stirring till it forms a lump.

  3. 3

    Now add elaichi powder and switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Grease a plate with ghee and then add the coconut lump.

  5. 5

    Spread the lump evenly over the plate and garnish with saffron strands.

  6. 6

    Now cut in desired shapes and the barfi is ready to be relished!

I relished the food everywhere I went and came back with loads of memories....I experimented in my own kitchen,trying to recreate these flavors. Few recipes need to be made in their traditional way,few could be modified to adapt to our busy urban lifestyle.Cook Bake and Grill is an attempt to present this culinary journey of mine to you....
