Coconut barfi is made on the occasion of Rakshabandhan/Narali Pournima. The festival celebrates the bond between brothers and sisters.
Cooking Instructions

Take coconut and condensed milk in a non-stick pan.

Cook at low flame,keep stirring till it forms a lump.
- 3
Now add elaichi powder and switch off the flame.
- 4
Grease a plate with ghee and then add the coconut lump.
- 5
Spread the lump evenly over the plate and garnish with saffron strands.
- 6
Now cut in desired shapes and the barfi is ready to be relished!
