Ingredients

1 cupdosa batter
2 tbspbesan
to tastesalt
for filling.....
3boiled and mashed aloo
2grated carrot
1fine chopped capsicum
1/2 cupgrated cheese
2 tbspsambar masala
salt
2 tbspcoriandar leaves

Steps

1

In mixing bowl mix dosa better,besan aur salt and make thick better
2

In mixing bowl take all indigrents mentioned above and mix well and take small small oprtion from ready mixture and make balls
3

Now heat oil in a pan and dip ready balls in dosa better and drop in hot oil one by one and fry till become crispy

Serve hot with coconut chutney...enjoy
