Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  • 250 gramspaneer
  • 3onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2big spoon cashews
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1to cumin powder
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 spoonkasoori methi
  • 2big spoon butter
  • 1/2 cupfresh cream
  • 1 tsphoney
  • to tasteSalt
  • For tempering
  • 1 stickcinnamon
  • 1black cardamom
  • 2-3cloves
  • 2bay leaves

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak cashews in hot water for 1/2 an hrs

  2. 2

    Finely chopped onions

  3. 3

    Make fine puree of tomatoes

  4. 4

    Heat butter in pan and add all the tempering in it

    Add onions and cook till little pink in color

    Add all the dry masala leaving kashmiri red chilli

    Add tomato puree and cook for few minutes

    Add cashew paste and mix well

    Add cream and cook till it leaves oil

    Add milk and pane er and cook for few minutes

    Now in the end add kasoori methi and honey and salt and cook for few seconds

    Off the gas and close it with lid for 5 minutes before you serve

    Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with green coriander
