Ingredients

  2. 3.5 ozstraw mushrooms
  3. 3.5 ozshimeji mushrooms
  4. 1 cupcoconut cream (250 ml)
  5. 1 cupcoconut milk or water (250 ml)
  6. 5-6 slicesgalangal
  7. 2 stalkslemongrass, cut into pieces
  8. 1onion, chopped
  9. 1Roma tomato, chopped
  10. 1/2 tablespooncrushed garlic
  11. 5kaffir lime leaves, torn
  12. 2-3 sprigscilantro
  13. 2 tablespoonschili paste
  14. 2limes, juiced
  15. 1 tablespoonsalt
  16. 1 teaspoonsugar
  17. 1 teaspoonMSG (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the coconut milk in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, onion, and tomato.
