Combine all the coconut milk in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, onion, and tomato.

Once boiling, add the chicken wings and continue to simmer. Add salt, sugar, and MSG.

When the chicken is almost cooked, add the mushrooms and continue to cook until everything is well done and flavors are combined.

Add lime juice, chili paste, and cilantro. Stir well and adjust seasoning to taste.
