Warm the water

Mash the ripe banana on a plate.On a bowl, add the cream,banana, sugar, salt, baking powder and stir the ingredients.

Add water to the mixture and stirring.

Add sieved flour as u fold in the mixture.

Leave the dough to rest for 30 min.

Knead back the dough. Section the dough in round equal sizes. Place the pan on medium heat.

Roll the sectioned dough into a smooth round shape.

Place dough on the pan,leave for few seconds the add one table spoon oil and leave to cook for less than sixty seconds,when cooked turn the other side to cook then remove from the pan.
