Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350°, prep 9 x 13 pan.

In a medium bowl, stir tog. flour, sugar and salt.

Add butter, eggs, extract and 1 tsp. orange zest. Use a hand mixer to blend well.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 min. or until light golden brown.

Remove from oven and pierce entire cake with a fork if you are putting on the orange glaze.

GLAZE: Mix tog. confectioner's sugar, orange juice and 1 tsp. orange zest. Stir until smooth and pour over warm cake. Cool completely.

ORANGE CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCREAM: In a large bowl, whip tog. 8 oz. cream cheese, 4 Tbsp. softened butter. Gradually add in the confectioner sugar and beat until smooth. Add in 2 Tbsp. orange zest and 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice. Spread evenly over brownies, cut into squares, serve
