Trim the crusts off the bread, or leave them on if you prefer. Use a rolling pin or a clean bottle to flatten the bread slices. Spread butter evenly over the bread, place the banana slices on top, and fold the bread in half to enclose the bananas. Press the edges with a knife to seal, preventing the bananas from spilling out during frying.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Dip the stuffed bread into the beaten eggs, then fry.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the bread until golden and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bread and drain excess oil.
