Ingredients

About 40 small pieces
  1. Butter 80g (about 1/3 cup)
  2. Sugar 40g (about 3 tablespoons)
  3. Salt, a small pudding spoonful
  4. 1whole egg
  5. Cocoa powder 15g (about 2 tablespoons)
  6. Cake flour 170g (about 1 1/3 cups)
  7. Chocolate chips, as desired

    Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) for 15 minutes.

    Soften 80g of butter at room temperature, then add 40g of sugar and a small spoonful of salt. Beat until soft. Add the egg in two parts, beating until well combined.
