Boil oil, milk, water and honey together and let it come to room temperature.

Mix all the dough ingredients together and combine it with lukewarm milk mixture to form a sticky dough

Kneed the dough for 10 minutes on clean working area.

Grease a bowl and keep this dough in it covered with cling wrap for 1 hr.

Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and fry it till light pink in color.

Now add all the dry masala and cook for few seconds and then add the boiled and mashed potatoes

Add salt and mix all properly.

Off the gas and let it cool down.

Now after 1 hr punch all the extra air from the dough and kneed it with light hand for only 3-4 minutes

Divide the dough in 7 equal parts and fill it with stuffing and roll it like small paratha.

Prepare all and place them in greased baking tray cover it with cling wrap for another 15-20 min give it a milk wash.

Preheat the oven on 220 degree for 15 minutes and then place this tray to bake for 12-15 minutes.

Have a look after 10 minutes.

Take them out and brush it with butter and serve it hot.
