    Heat the oven warm the flour

    Whisk eggs and sugar until think and light in colour and fold in the flour as for spongy cake add water ad vanilla as the last flour is folded in

    Spread mixture in the tins pushing it well into corner

    Bake roll at top the oven

  6. 6

    While its baking warm the filling in a basin oven boiling water duedge a sheat of paper with castor sugar or wring cloth tightly outof cold water
