Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRava/Suji
  2. 2 tspChana Dal (split gram)
  3. 4 tspPeanuts
  4. 2Onion chopped
  5. 1Carrot chopped
  6. as neededCurry leaves
  7. 3-4Green chilies finely chopped
  8. as neededGreen coriander
  9. 1 tspMustard seeds
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2-3 tbspOil for tempering
  12. 2Whole Red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast rava/Suji in a wok till light brown.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds. Once it pops add Chana Dal. Roast it until golden brown. Add peanuts. Roast it. Add onion, saute until translucent. Add curry leaves, carrots & green chillies. Saute all.

    Add 3 cup water. Add salt. Let it boil. Once it starts boiling add Rava. Stir it continuously. Cook it on slow flame.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
