Roast rava/Suji in a wok till light brown.

Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds. Once it pops add Chana Dal. Roast it until golden brown. Add peanuts. Roast it. Add onion, saute until translucent. Add curry leaves, carrots & green chillies. Saute all.

Add 3 cup water. Add salt. Let it boil. Once it starts boiling add Rava. Stir it continuously. Cook it on slow flame.

Serve hot.
