This is a delicious and yummilicious snacks made of puffed rice and jaggery. Eaten everywhere in India..... Prevalent in villages.
Steps

Heat melted jaggery in a heavy bottomed pan under medium heat. Mix all the ingredients except mudhi

Stir construction till jaggery thickness becomes 2 strand, Switch off the flame.

Bring down the pan and start adding mudhi a small amount at a time. Mix slowly.

Take ghee in both of your palms and start making puffed rice balls when it's warm.

Yummy mudhi muans are ready to eat. Thanksh ☺☺ Note: You can store mudhi muans after cooling down in an airtight container for many days.
