Ingredients

  1. 4large bowls Karara mudhi(puffed rice)
  2. 1 1/2 bowlMelted jaggery (you can adjust more or less)
  3. 1/3 cupCoconut finely chopped thinly (patla patla)
  4. 1 tbspFriends sesame seeds
  5. 1 tspajwain seed
  6. 1 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat melted jaggery in a heavy bottomed pan under medium heat. Mix all the ingredients except mudhi

  2. 2

    Stir construction till jaggery thickness becomes 2 strand, Switch off the flame.

  3. 3

    Bring down the pan and start adding mudhi a small amount at a time. Mix slowly.

  4. 4

    Take ghee in both of your palms and start making puffed rice balls when it's warm.

  5. 5

    Yummy mudhi muans are ready to eat. Thanksh ☺☺ Note: You can store mudhi muans after cooling down in an airtight container for many days.
