Ingredients

  1. 6-7bread pieces cut in triangle
  2. 1 cuprabdi
  3. 1/2 cupmango pulp
  4. few strings of saffron
  5. 2 tbspchopped mix nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fry all bread triangles and keep aside

  2. 2

    Soak saffon in warm milk for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Add this milk in rabdi

  4. 4

    Take a pan add mango pulp. cook for 5 minutes. There is no need to add any sugar. now cool down

  5. 5

    Add cooked mango pulp in rabdi and add nuts. some nuts keep for garnishing

  6. 6

    Decorate all triangle in serving plate. pour 2 tsp of mango rabdi on each piece

  7. 7

    Garnish with nuts and saffon strings
