I love the taste of bamboo shoot. Especially when its cooked with fish. I prefer the fermented bamboo shoot than the canned version. Fermented bamboo shoot has more taste. Its tangy (love tangy with spicy hot). Make sure to wash it once before cooking. I don't know about you guys but I love fermented stuff 😄

600 gramsfresh tuna
300 gramsfresh bamboo shoot shredded
2tomato
8pieces green chilli
8bay leaves
100 gramsgreen peas
3 tbspsoy sauce
1/2 tbsppaprika
4leaves parsley
1lemon
4garlic cloves pressed

Heat oil in pan and fry the tuna each side for 5-mins.

In another pan fry all the veggies for a couple of mins. Add tuna and fry for about 10mins.

Serve hot top with fresh parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon .Enjoy the food.
