Tuna with fresh bamboo shoot and peas

I love the taste of bamboo shoot. Especially when its cooked with fish. I prefer the fermented bamboo shoot than the canned version. Fermented bamboo shoot has more taste. Its tangy (love tangy with spicy hot). Make sure to wash it once before cooking. I don't know about you guys but I love fermented stuff 😄
