    Sabse pehle patato ko chil Kar fod le.

    And transfer all masale and mix.

    Ab aate ki loi lijiye usme aalu bhar Kar dheere dheere pratha Bel lijiye.

    Grm tve par daal Kar or ghee LagaKar acche se thoda dva Kar sek lijiye.

    Chatni ya curd ke saath Serve kijiye.
