Cube cut onion and capsicum. Keep it approx same size as paneer cubes.

Now mix curd with all spices and besan. Make sure theres no lump. Add salt. Add ginger garlic paste as well.

Now if you are using wooden skewers soak it in water for an hour.

Now put all vegetbles and paneer in curd mixture. And marinate it for 10-15 mins.

Then sew it in skewer in any squence. Once its full, brush some more marination on it and put it in oven for 10-15 mins on 200 degree. Then remove it from oven. Brush some butter and roast it on open flame till you get smoky texture.

Serve it with pudina coriander chutney.
