Eggnog French Toast Bake

I like to make this on wintery cold weekend mornings. My husband adores it and I think its perfectly sweet without syrup. You can make it the night before and let it sit in the fridge(prior to baking) but I often assemble the morning I'm baking it and it always turns out perfect.

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place bread pieces in a sprayed/greased 8x8 baking pan.
- 2
Mix remaining ingredients except brown sugar and whisk well. Pour over bread in dish and incorporate well making sure all bread pieces are coated. Sprinkle with brown sugar on top.
- 3
Bake for 45 minutes or until a cake tester inserted comes out clean. Cut into squares and enjoy!! Powdered sugar can be dusted on each serving if you want it sweeter....;)
