Fish-Fry Pork

I had some fish fry leftover so I thought I'd make something different. My escalopes were slightly thick but they still came out delicious. I decided to marinade the meat prior to give it a lot more flavour.

Steps
- 1
Hammer the pork escalopes, to make them tender.
- 2
Place the escalopes in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients apart from the fish fry and oil.
- 3
Cover with clingfilm and leave to marinade in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- 4
When its time to cook. Remove the pork from any remaining juices. You can either choose to deep fry or shallow fry, using either vegetable oil or olive oil.
- 5
Depending on your chosen cooking method heat the oil.
- 6
In a shallow plate add enough fish fry to coat the meat.
- 7
Coat well on both sides with the fish fry.
- 8
Then fry on each side for 3-5 minutes or until cooked.
- 9
When cooked serve as you wish.
