Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1bread roll of choice
  • 3or 4 slices of salami
  • 4or 5 slices pepperoni
  • 30 gramsto 50g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1sliced jalapeño, optional
  • 1few thin slices red onion, optional
  • 1couple of lettuce leaves, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut open bread roll. Lightly toast both sides under grill/broiler.

  2. 2

    Butter roll if desired.

  3. 3

    Layer on salami and pepperoni.

    Top with cheese. Put back under broiler to melt cheese.

    Top with tomato and optional extras if desired.
