  • 1 glasswater

    Boil your water to the boiling point

  2. 2

    Add flour then using mwiko you can stir.

  3. 3

    Little by little keep adding thar soko meal or maize flour you ugali will thicken

  4. 4

    Then let it cook for 5 min then serve in a plate with fish.
