Ingredients

  1. 1side of salmon with or without skin; deboned
  2. 10packets of ginger-lemon tea
  3. 3 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 tbspground ginger
  5. 1 tbsplemon peel or lemon pepper seasoning
  6. 1 tbsponion powder
  7. 2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1salt and pepper
  9. 1lemon zest for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rub salmon with olive oil. Cover heavily with tea. Marinate for 24 hours

  2. 2

    Wash tea off of salmon. Season. Roast at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°

  3. 3

    Variations; Honey, agave, cajun seasoning, 5 spice seasoning
