Ingredients

  • 1 lbground turkey
  • 1 mediumOnion
  • 1 smallGreen pepper
  • 1egg
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 8 ozSpaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cupshredded mozzarella
  • 2 tspItalian season
  • 1/2 tspgarlic salt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place 24 inch piece foil in slow cook bowl. Flush with bowl and ends hang over sides

  2. 2

    In large bowl mix all ingredients together

  3. 3

    Place in cooker and form 9x5 inch long

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 hours

  5. 5

    30 mins before finished place remaining sauce and cheese in bowl and stir...then pour on top of meatloaf and finish cooking

  6. 6

    Carefully lift meatloaf out of cooker by foil and cut
