Add maida, ajwain, salt & oil in a bowl. Mix all. Add little water to knead a semi soft dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Mix all ingredients of filling in a bowl. Keep it side.

Make small lemon size balls. Flatten it with roller pin & make thin square wrap.

Place some filling in center & brush water on edges. Fold & press it. Make all packet wraps in a same manner.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry all pockets on medium flame by turning both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
