Steps

Pehle sabuddana aur sama ke chawal ko 5- 6 hrs tak bhigo le.sabuddana aur sama ke chawal ko geela pis aur jyada patla na hone de.

Pise hue batter me dahi aur sendha Namak dalkar 6-7 hrs tak rakhe.

An tomato,Coriander,hari mirch ko baarik Kat le. Ab batter ko non-stick tava par dale aur fhela de.batter ke upar tomato, hari Mirch, dhaniya ko dale.

Aur 5 min tak slow flame par rakhe aur tava ke upar plate dhak de.ab uttapam ko palat le aur 2 min tak pakaye.and your dish is ready. And garnish with coriander and coriander chutney
