Ahi Tuna Katsu: Easy Hawaiian Dish Ahi Tuna Katsu: Easy Hawaiian Dish
This is a recipe from the series, "Oh my god, I have the urge to eat that dish from that restaurant". It is a copycat of "Kaimuki"'s series. I think the original uses a Wasabi Ginger Sauce. My husband loves it when I serve this dish like a "Hawaiian Lunch Plate". That's because he is a big fan of macaroni salad and rice!Tip: Use tuna straight from the fridge. Tip: Don't fry the tuna for too long. Recipe by Aroharokomoko cookpad.japan -

Very easy recipe. Notes: if you are a fan of garlic, reduce by one clove, if you want some heat, add a small deseeded fresh chili pepper, if you're uncomfortable with raw fish, cook to you're liking. Will still taste great! pomdoro -

Tuna Poke Recipe | Hawaiian Ahi Poke Tuna Poke Recipe | Hawaiian Ahi Poke
Hawaiian poke tastes somewhere between sashimi and ceviche. It’s traditionally made of sliced or cubed fresh raw fish, most commonly skipjack tuna, then mixed with various fresh ingredients like sliced green onion, Maui onions, limu and seasoned with shouyu (soy sauce in Japanese) and sesame oil.Video instruction: youtu.be/SoEI22Sl0jw Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -
