Ingredients

1large handful of fresh baby spinach
1 cupwater
1/2 cupskim milk(or unsweetened coconut or almond milk)
1 cupfresh pineapple
1/2banana(preferably frozen)
1peeled kiwi fruit
1/2 cupplain or vanilla greek yogurt(or pineapple or coconut)
1 tbspground flax seeds
1 tbspcoconut flakes(mine were sweetened)
1packet of stevia(or artificial sweetener of choice) or a bit of honey
5or 6 ice cubes

Steps

1

Blend first three ingredients for at least 30 seconds.

Add all remaining ingredients and blend another 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!!
