  3. 1/2Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  4. 1Red Pepper, Sliced
  5. 1/2 cupCalamata Olives, pitted & halved
  6. 1 1/2 cupCrumbled Feta Cheese
  7. 3 tbspOlive Oil (to taste)
  8. 1Splash vinegar (to taste)
  9. 2 tbspchopped parsley(dried)
  10. 1Salt & Pepper
