Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 800 gself rising flour
  3. 200 gsugar
  4. 600 mlwarm milk
  5. 2 tbspoil or apple sauce
  6. For the filling
  7. 200 gcinnamon
  8. 200 gbrown sugar
  9. 5 tbsphoney
  10. 50 gmeted butter
  11. For the icing
  12. Icing sugar
  13. Milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add 400g of the flour (the half) and add the sugar and milk. Stir it with a spatula.

    Add the other half of flour and knead until you form the dough

  3. 3

    It's done when it isn't sticky

    Stretch the dough with a rolling pin. And cut strips with a knife

  5. 5

    To make the filling just melt the butter and stir all ingredients together

  6. 6

    Put the filling in one strip, not to much, and the roll

  7. 7

    Cut it in a half

  8. 8

    Bake 10 minutes at 180°C

  9. 9

    Enjoy with the icing. Just mix icing sugar with a little bit of milk.
