Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 lbground turkey
  • 2 clovegarlic (minced)
  • 1habanaro (minced)
  • 1egg
  • 1 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1handful triscut crackers (crushed)
  • 2/3packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 4green onions (white and green part)
  • 1red bell pepper sliced into rings

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    mix everything except for the bellpepper in medium bowl. use your hands and mix well

  2. 2

    use meat to make six patties

  3. 3

    heat grill to medium heat

  4. 4

    place Patties on grill and cook 6-8 minutes per side. put the bell peppers on the grill and turn as needed until soft

  5. 5

    season with salt and pepper to taste before the first flip, seasoning salt on peppers as well

  6. 6

    add cheese of desired
